Founded in 1949, the Independent Accountants' Association of Illinois (IAAI) has a large membership throughout the state.   

     A Professional Association, IAAI was designed for and by those actively engaged in accounting and taxation.  Members are individuals who have met the basic entrance criteria and are admitted into the Association.
