IAAI is dedicated to increasing and maintaining a high standard of proficiency and integrity among its members while cultivating a spirit of professional cooperation; and establishing good will and understanding between the public and the membership.

CONTINUING EDUCATION

Through both State and Chapter sponsored Seminars, IAAI allows its members the opportunity to earn hours in continuing education through access to speakers who are experts in various phases of taxation, accounting, and business management.

GOVERNMENT RECOGNITION

On behalf of the accounting profession, IAAI maintains communication with important governmental agencies and congressional representatives in matters related to the accounting field.  Because of IAAI's affiliation with the National Society of Accountants, members are also assured of representation at the national level.  IAAI is a recognized sponsor of Continuing Professional Regulation, by the state of Illinois, Texas, and the Internal Revenue Service.
