Seminar Description

We open the first day of every seminar by discussing every relevant business tax change occurring up through the week before the seminar. Once we have finished our discussion of changes we move into the practical side of the day, with our extensive review of problem areas encountered in the formation, operation and dissolution of LLC's, partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, accounting methods and other business topics.
